I know, you’ve probably tried just about every tip, trick, and hack out there. You’ve heard all the advice and attempted all the diets. Maybe you’ve even dabbled in some methods that seemed a little too “woo-woo” to be true, but still no luck. I’m not here to give you even more hoops to jump through. I’m here to meet you where you are and support you with tools and guidance that fit right into your existing lifestyle.
Over the years, I’ve helped nearly 80 women conceive and carry healthy babies to term. Women who felt like they’d tried everything and were ready to throw in the towel. Whether you’re managing a chronic illness or you just need some extra help getting there, in this program I will help you cut out the distractions, optimize your metabolism, and prepare your body for a safe and happy pregnancy.
Get clear, actionable steps to support your family planning goals
In this program, we’ll take the guesswork out of getting (and staying) pregnant. You’ll get support in implementing your doctor’s recommendations into your daily life, and we’ll address your stress, sleep, and nutrition to help prepare your body for a successful pregnancy. Factors like hormones, metabolism, and food can have a big impact on your ability to conceive, and it can be hard to know what needs to change. Together, we’ll develop a plan that suits your unique lifestyle, goals, and medical needs.
Fertility is often complex, but pregnancy doesn’t have to be overwhelming. With my functional approach to nutrition, we’ll nourish your body into working with you, not against you. You’ll learn how to make educated, nutritious lifestyle choices that support you and your family.
What’s included:
Easy-to-follow lessons
You’ll understand your body on a biological, psychological and physiological level through lessons every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The body is never a one size fits all, so you’ll learn to optimize your own body’s natural rhythm.
A 6-week meal plan
Your 6-week meal plan will include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack recipes, plus options for dietary restrictions.
Accountability
You’ll get printable journal prompts to help you stay on track, a simple habit tracker to help you visualize your progress, and clear action items to try in your daily routine.
Personalized virtual coaching with Haleh
I’ll be hosting live Q&A sessions every other Sunday to answer your questions, dive further into program topics, and support you on your journey.
Community
All members will have access to a private Facebook group to support each other, get real-time answers from me, and build community to help you during the program.

FAQs
I’m already working on my fertility with my doctor. Can I do this program at the same time?
Yes! This program is designed to support your body even as you undergo IVF or other fertility treatments with your doctor. That said, you should always check with your doctor before making changes to your diet.
Do I have to do the whole program at once? What if I get busy?
This program is self-paced, so you can work through it at your own speed. Even our live coaching sessions will be recorded and emailed to you, so you can watch them on your own time if you can’t make the call.
You may also decide to slow it down and focus on implementing what you learn in one unit for a few weeks before moving on to the next topic. That’s okay too!
What’s the difference between this program and standard 1-1 sessions with Haleh?
The lessons in this program are largely designed to feel like a standard nutrition session with me. There are two key differences. First, the program is a bit more generalized so as to make it accessible and applicable to all participants, whereas a 1-1 session with me is tailored specifically to your needs alone. You’ll still get opportunities to ask your own questions during our live Q&A sessions though.
The second difference is cost. A 50-minute 1-1 nutrition session with me costs around $200 without insurance, and an average client needs 6-12 sessions with me. On the other hand, this 6-week program is a more accessible, affordable choice for those who want expert help, but aren’t looking to invest in private nutrition counseling right now
Is this a diet?
No. I do not support rigid or restrictive diets for weight management. I believe we can be healthy at every size, and my approach to nutrition centers on making sure you feel good and your body functions well. If you are over or underweight and it is affecting your fertility or pregnancy, we can address that in this program, but you will not be instructed to go on a diet.
Do I have to be your client already to join the program?
Nope! This program is open to all.
Will my insurance cover this?
I accept insurance for formal nutrition counseling, but I am unable to accept insurance for this program. Payment plans are available, however. Contact me for details.
I’m already pregnant, can this program still help me?
Yes! In addition to fertility, this program teaches how to have a healthy, enjoyable, and successful pregnancy.
